Job Overview

Woodview at Ingfield Manor School is an innovative curriculum offer for secondary aged students with special educational needs including social and communication difficulties. Formed as of September 2022, this provision continues to grow, and we are now looking for an inspirational and expert practitioner who can lead the growing teams and cohort of students.

We are looking for an experienced teacher who is ready for the next step in their career, or an existing lead practitioner looking for a change. As well as a proven ability as an excellent teacher with a lively and effective classroom teaching style which engages and motivates young people, you will have experience of quality assurance and line management.

At Ingfield Manor School, we believe everyone should have the opportunity to live a healthy, active, and fulfilling life, regardless of their background or disability. Therefore, we look for people who have the creativity and enthusiasm needed to deliver the best outcomes for the children and young people we support. We offer staff a comprehensive induction programme and ongoing training to ensure everyone is provided with the best possible start to their employment.
The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
