Ingfield Manor School is a day and weekly boarding school for 60 pupils and students from age 3 – 19 years old. We are one of the UK’s leading Conductive Education providers. Our school is an exciting and rewarding place to work with excellent resources, including a state-of-the-art multi-sensory room. Full clinical supervision, training and CPD opportunities are ongoing.

At Ingfield Manor School, we believe everyone should have the opportunity to live a healthy, active and fulfilling life, regardless of their background or disability. The aim of our services is to provide a safe and stimulating environment for adults, young people and children.
Despite their disabilities, the children we support live life to the max. In addition to providing education, therapy and care, we make sure we have lots of fun too. It’s common to find us having wheelchair dance offs, bake days, enjoying sensory and relaxation activities, as well as playing wheelchair football and going on trips to the cinema or bowling – and much more!
This really doesn’t sound like work does it? But the job you do could make the biggest difference, as you could be the reason our young people are able to live their best lives as they achieve their goals and aspirations, despite their daily challenges.

Ingfield Manor School is committed to safeguarding children and young people. Any successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check
